Courses

Our programs include pre-recorded lectures, PDFs, quizzes, simulations, and live sessions conducted via compliant video platforms.

Intellectual Property

All content is protected under UAE copyright laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

User-Generated Content

Any submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for service improvement.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS and UAE regulations.

All fees are strictly non-refundable due to immediate digital access, except where required by UAE consumer protection laws.

• No illegal or fraudulent use.
• No sharing or recording course materials.
• No hacking, spamming, or platform disruption.
• No harassment or discriminatory conduct.

Violations may result in termination without refund and reporting to authorities.

We may integrate platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or YouTube. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Trading education is informational only and does not constitute financial advice. All trading carries risk.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, under DIAC rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
